Guangdong Acrobatic Troupe of China

Since it was established in 1951, the Guangdong Acrobatic Troupe of China has performed in 55 countries and participated in 115 competitions. The troupe draws its inspiration from far and wide, utilizing the best of Chinese and foreign acrobatic arts to create programs that are imbued with both
traditional Chinese flavor and a dynamic modern perspective. The troupe has received numerous international awards. It is a three-time winner of the Golden Clown Award, the highest honor of the International Circus Festival of Monte Carlo; and a three-time winner of the Presidential Prize of the
Republic of France, the highest honor of France's World Festival of the Circus of Tomorrow.

Introduction:

Wandering beside a lake in the forest, a young woman dreamily picks wildflowers. Suddenly, a huge and fierce black eagle swoops down out of the heavens and magically transforms her into a beautiful swan. A European prince has a dream in which he sees the young woman and all that has transpired.
Captivated by her elegant demeanor and uncommon beauty, he sets out on a long and arduous trek to find her. Finally vanquishing the numerous dangers the black eagle puts in his path, in the end the prince is united with his true
love.
